These urethane belt welder kits allow you to splice, or create, your own belts … when you need them … at your site … using our industry proven round or flat Pyrathane® polyurethane extrusions. Handy for prototyping or quick repairs.

Each kit contains all you will need to create finished belts except the Pyrathane® extrusion:

Note: Wand temperatures are preset specifically for polyurethane.

Kits are provided in a handy carrying case.

The Handi-Weld Kit will weld flat extrusions up to 1-1/2" in width and round extrusions from 1/16" up to 9/16" in diameter. An easy-grip handle makes belt welding easier.
